Welcome to the Florida Agriculture Best Management Practice Blog (FABB)!!!
We are excited that you have located our site and hope that you find it useful.
FABB is a web board (or BLOG) that was created as part of a USDA-CSREES grant .
FABB will be used to post information that is relevant to this project and/or to agricultural producers in South Florida. As the project progresses, new postings will be added to FABB.
Topics that you might see in the future on this BLOG include: soil moisture based irrigation, nutrient management, BMPs, economic considerations for agriculture, and other exciting topics.
We also hope to have cameo articles from local producers. If you have something to share or know someone who does, please let us know! We welcome comments on FABB. All comments are screened before posting. Although posts are anonymous, please include your title and occupation for research purposes.
